You are the creator of your own life especially your emotional feelings. You can decide to be happy right now. You don’t need money to be happy. When you can create the ability to be happy in the current moment you will automatically attract a greater abundance of happiness for you and your family.

Stop looking for the perfect moment or day and start to enjoy each second

How to Create Good Luck — Its All about Attitude!

1. Start thinking of yourself as being lucky. Come up with a way of thinking to yourself you are lucky and will continue to be lucky each day. Give thanks for all you have already. You can create your own luck based on how you think. If you start to change the way you think and see things you will start the process of creating your own good luck!

10 Steps to Happiness

1.Plant something and nurture it

2.Count your blessings – at least five – at the end of each day

3.Take time to talk – have an hour-long conversation with a loved one each week

4.Phone a friend whom you have not spoken to for a while and arrange to meet up

5.Give yourself a treat every day and take the time to really enjoy it

6.Have a good laugh at least once a day

7.Get physical – exercise for half an hour three times a week

8.Smile at and/or say hello to a stranger at least once each day
